Product Availability & Substitutions

  • We strive to keep our inventory updated, but in rare cases, a product may be out of stock or discontinued.
  • If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to receive a refund for that item or replace it with another product of your choice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via reputable carriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not refund you the amount since we are associated with CC Avenue. The same game/toy purchased by You shall be delivered within 6-7 working days.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at toymateindia@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it according to our returns policy.
