At Toymate, we’re committed to delivering your toys to you as quickly and securely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Our shipping or processing time shall range anywhere between 5-6 business/working days subject to location of delivery, any holidays or delays which may occur due to force majeure. For the purpose of this Policy force majeure shall include but is not limit to fires, earthquakes, floods or other natural calamities, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, strikes, lockouts, nuclear explosions, revolution or riots or any such situation beyond Our control.

Processing Time

The handling time may vary on the availability of the Products. All those Products subject to availability shall be made ready for shipping within 1-2 day(s) business/working days from the date of order, subject to holidays and force majeure. We shall make all reasonable endeavours to keep You informed of any delays, however, disclaim any and all liabilities, should We be unable to convey/intimate the same.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

  • You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Toys that have been opened and used (except for defective items) are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at 9920095911 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, and ship it back to us.

Refund Process

  • We do not refund you the amount since we are associated with CC Avenue. The same game/toy purchased by You shall be delivered within 6-7 working days.Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
